Present and discuss two main types of employee benefit insurance (fully insured and self funded) as well as the differences between both of them.

Types of HealthcareDiscuss how employees typically utilize the healthcare and how to make the usage more efficient. 

High Deductible Health Plans 
Present and discuss the main components of a HDHP and the benefits of offering a HDHP for both the employer and employees.

Wellness 
Learn the different types of wellness plans being offered and how a wellness plan can affect plan utilization and overall costs.
